ABOUT US

Katrina Herbert - Clinic Director/Senior Remedial Massage Therapist (Dip. Massage Therapy CCNM)

I chose to become a massage therapist because I love helping people to be their best. I am passionate about massage therapy and the benefits it has on a person’s sense of wellbeing, both physically and mentally.

I have a special interest in treating chronic pain and injuries, migraines and occupational overuse (OOS), and repetitive strain (RSI). I believe that massage is useful to help people recover from injury faster, reduce pain and relieve stress.

I graduated from Canterbury College of Natural Medicine in July 2010 with a diploma in massage therapy. I have experience in a wide variety of treatment styles ranging from relaxation to specific deep tissue work. I look forward to meeting you and tailoring a treatment to meet your individual requirements.
